Therapeutic Massage 

During a therapeutic massage, you can expect lighter, longer strokes combined with kneading and compression. Therapeutic massage helps to ease muscle tension and increase blood flow to the heart. Therapeutic massage increases mobilization and flexibility. This massage often leaves you feeling relaxed and energized.

Deep Tissue 

Deep tissue massage uses deep, often slow, long strokes focusing on the deeper layered muscles. Deep tissue massage can help break up scar tissue and elevate pain caused by “knots” brought on from everyday stress and trauma that the body has held onto. Deep tissue can be adjusted to whatever feels comfortable for you. This message does not need to hurt.

Spot Treatment

Perfect for someone looking for a specific area that needs to be worked on (back, legs, neck, etc.). These sessions are approximately 30 minutes long.

Lomi Lomi Massage

Lomi Lomi is an Hawaiian style massage technique that uses long, flowing forearm strokes to promote deep relaxation and holistic healing. These sessions may include joint rotations, focused breathing and gentle stretching.
